Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Questioning Event in Shekou

This Saturday November 12th, the first lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) event openly publicized in Shekou (in English at least) will take place at Blu Bamboo Sports Bar in Sea World. We interviewed the event organizer to get a better understanding of what this means and what you can expect on the night.

Super StarVirgo of Star Cruises pulled into the new Prince Bay Port in Shekou, Shenzhen on Friday afternoon October 14th, 2016; ahead of its opening party.

Fire at the Shekou Bus Station

The fire department was called to respond to reports of a fire at the Shekou Bus Station tonight not far from the Dongjiaotou Metro Station. Luckily, it was just a trash fire and was extinguished within a few minutes of their arrival. No injuries or serious damage was reported.

There's no indication that this is happening in Shekou yet; however, considering the tech drive in this city it's best to be on the look out.

Luckily, a quick search online leads you to many methods to protect yourself from unwanted RFID scanning. My favorite is this video from Tekzilla.
